Ronald oversees global financial analysis and reporting at ZWEQ, driving the company's financial success through expertise in projects with significant financial impact. He plays a vital role in integrating finances during acquisitions, leveraging his deep understanding of the equipment business and various models to enhance ZWEQ's capabilities.

Marjolein offers comprehensive administrative support to the board and supervisory board, handling tasks such as schedule management, meeting coordination, travel arrangements, report and presentation preparation, and information handling. Cees Veerman is a former Minister of Agriculture, Nature Conservation, and Fisheries in the Netherlands. He was also a professor and held various management positions in the agricultural sector. After his political career, he held several other positions, including a professorship in sustainable rural development. Veerman has been dedicated to sustainability and has extensive experience in leadership and supervisory roles.

Erik van de Merwe is also a board member of parent organisation ZBG. He has previously served on the Supervisory Boards of Rabobank and Achmea. He currently holds several other supervisory board and advisory committee positions. He was a member of the Supervisory Board of Rabobank, Achmea, Mizuhu Bank Europe, Royal Schouten Group, PCM and GWZ Travelex. Erik van de Merwe was educated at the University of Tilburg.

Louise O. Fresco has an impressive background in food security, corporate sustainability, and international collaboration. She held key positions at Wageningen University and the University of Amsterdam, focusing on sustainable development. Having also held the role of Assistant Director-General at the UN, she played a vital role in addressing technological aspects related to agricultural production and food supply.
