Ronald’s broad international experience, strategic mindset, and deep industry knowledge make him exceptionally well-equipped to lead ZWEQ into its next phase of growth. Having successfully driven international expansion and integrations in Canada and Italy as CEO of Mechan International, Ronald brings a proven track record in scaling operations and building strong partnerships. His leadership is key to strengthening ZWEQ’s position in a dynamic and evolving market.

Ronald oversees global financial analysis and reporting at ZWEQ, driving the company's financial success through expertise in projects with significant financial impact. He plays a vital role in integrating finances during acquisitions, leveraging his deep understanding of the equipment business and various models to enhance ZWEQ's capabilities.

Thijmen is responsible for analyzing financial results, budgets, and forecasts, and regularly engages with local management to align on key outcomes. He prepares investment and financing proposals, supports post-acquisition integrations, and contributes to various strategic and ad-hoc projects. Thijmen also plays an active role in driving process automation and continuously improving business reporting to support the company’s growth.

Simon plays a key role in managing and overseeing the financial reporting process within the group. He is responsible for monthly, quarterly, and year-end reporting, the preparation of annual reports, and the coordination with auditors and local finance teams. With a strong focus on management information, financial analysis, and technical accounting, Simon ensures accurate and insightful reporting to support business decisions. He is also committed to the continuous improvement of the finance function, driving efficiency and consistency across the group.

Kees started his career in accountancy, where he built a solid foundation in finance over eight years. He then moved to the business side, taking on various financial roles within several companies. Since January 2024, Kees has been part of Zweegers Equipment Group (ZWEQ), where he is responsible for group reporting, consolidation, and fiscal matters — particularly corporate income tax and transfer pricing. As key user for Tagetik, he ensures reliable financial insights that support strategic decision-making across the group.

Mireille offers comprehensive administrative support to the board and supervisory board, handling tasks such as schedule management, meeting coordination, travel arrangements, report and presentation preparation, and information handling.
